By accessing or using this tool ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Permitted Use
This Tool is intended solely for use by physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, student physical therapists, and other rehabilitation healthcare professionals as a research discovery aid. It is not intended for use by patients or consumers for self-diagnosis or self-treatment.
2. No Medical Advice
Nothing in this Tool constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a recommendation to pursue any specific course of treatment. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed professional using the Tool.
3. No Warranty
The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
4. Limitation of Liability
Clinic Digest, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tool.
5. Third-Party Data
Search results are retrieved from PubMed/NCBI via publicly available APIs. Clinic Digest, LLC does not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content.
6. Intellectual Property
The interface, branding, and underlying code are the property of Clinic Digest, LLC.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
8. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Refunds
All-Access is billed once a year in advance and renews automatically each year, at the rate you subscribed at, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Tool under Pricing; access continues to the end of the paid period. We send a reminder by email before each renewal. A full refund is available within 7 days of a purchase or renewal, provided no continuing education certificate has been issued in that period. The founding member rate applies only while a subscription remains active without interruption; a subscription that is cancelled and later restarted is billed at the standard rate then in effect.

This Privacy Notice explains what information Clinic Digest, LLC collects when you use this website and the Clinic Digest apps ("the Tool"), and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
Account. Your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form. We cannot read them.
Professional details. Your credential, state, and license number, when you enter them for continuing education (CE).
CE records. The courses you complete, the studies you select, your assessment questions, answers, and scores, time logs, course evaluations, and certificates.
Saved content. Your saved searches and settings. For subscribers, your My Library.
Subscription. Your plan, its status, and its renewal date. If you joined through a clinic or school, the name of that organization.
Feedback. Any feedback you give when you cancel.
2. How We Use It
We use this information to run your account, sync your data across your devices, issue and verify CE certificates, manage your subscription, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Service Providers
We rely on these providers to operate the Tool. Each receives only what it needs.
Supabase stores your account and the data listed above.
Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number.
Vercel hosts the Tool and keeps standard server logs.
NCBI/PubMed (National Library of Medicine) receives your search queries directly from your browser.
Anthropic receives the published abstracts of the studies you select for a CE course, to generate assessment questions. No personal information is included.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser connects to Google when the Tool loads.
These providers may process data in the United States.
4. CE Records: Retention and Disclosure
CE records are kept for at least four years, as continuing education provider rules require. We provide them to the applicable state licensing board or CE approval organization on written request. If you joined through a clinic or school, we may tell that organization that you joined, whether your access is active, and which courses you have completed.
5. Storage on Your Device
The Tool keeps your sign-in session, your preferences, and a copy of your data in your browser's local storage so it loads quickly. Signing out clears it from that device.
6. Cookies & Tracking
The Tool does not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising technologies. Stripe's checkout page uses the cookies it needs to process payment and prevent fraud.
7. Your Choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing clinicdigest@gmail.com. We delete your account data on request, except CE records and payment records we are required to keep.
8. HIPAA Notice
The Tool is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not store patient health information. Do not enter patient-identifiable information.
9. Contact & Email
We send emails about your account, such as confirmation, password reset, receipts, and renewal reminders. If you contact us through the contact form on this site or in the app, your message is sent through your own email provider. We receive only the email you choose to send, and we use it solely to respond.
10. Changes
If this notice changes, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
